e2c is right. Indy usually does a very soft teeth rattle when she purrs. When she's getting extra good purrs it's more like cracking walnuts--very loud.
N. has a whole range of teeth sounds that I wish I could decipher. The loud ones are a lot like Indy's, though. And sometimes she clicks her teeth together, like 3-5 times. It reminds me of Morse code.
